In English, Cara y Cruz means heads and tails of a coin. Though the name is of Spanish origin, this 'game' is very much played around Philippine streets by persons of all ages! Choose between one of the four following options:

- pulos hari (3 heads and 0 tail)
- labaw korona (2 tails and 1 head)
- pulos korona (3 tails and 0 head)
If you choose only 1 option and win : your bet will be multiplied by 3.92 , if you choose 2 options and win : your bet will be multiplied by 1.96 and if you choose 3 options and win : your bet will be multiplied by 1.307
