1. How to make a withdrawal?
The first step is to make sure your email is confirmed.
Once you have done that, you can go to your cashier and choose withdrawal.
1.1. Cryptocurrency
Choose the coin you wish to withdraw from the available options. Click on "See all" if you can't find the desired coin;
Choose the network, if applicable. (If you are not sure, please contact your personal wallet's Customer Support team);
Insert your wallet’s address and other needed details (Such as memo id, and destination tag, for example);
Enter the amount to withdraw, taking into account that the minimum is approximately $10. Choose one of the fields for that (in crypto or in $).
Click "next", and review your withdrawal details, including withdrawal fees.
These fees vary for each cryptocurrency transaction because they are updated based on each coin's rate.
Finally, confirm your withdrawal.
1.2. FIAT
Choose the coin you wish to withdraw from the available options;
Enter the amount and click "Next". A warning message will appear if you try to withdraw below the accepted minimum;
Choose the payout method and enter all of the requested details;
BRL withdrawals will be sent to the same bank account associated with the user's CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas).
Review your withdrawal details, including the applied transaction fees;
Confirm your withdrawal to complete it.
