1. How to make a withdrawal?

The first step to a withdrawal is to make sure your e-mail is confirmed.

Once you have done that, you can go to your cashier and choose withdrawal.
From here:

  • Chose the coin you wish to withdraw from the dropdown menu;

  • Choose the network, if applicable. (In case you are not sure about it, please contact your personal wallet's Customer Support team).

  • Insert your wallet’s address, and other needed details (Such as memo id, and destinations tag, for example);

  • Choose the amount to withdraw, taking into account that the minimum is approximately $10. The "Amount" field will automatically show you the minimum value.



2. Withdrawal fees

Depending on the coin, you can have Stable or Dynamic Fees.

2.1. Stable fees

If the coin you chose has stable fees, you will be able to verify how much they are straight away. Here you have an example for XRP (Ripple):

After that, simply select “Withdraw” to finish the transaction.


2.2. Dynamic fees

These can be always different for each transaction since they are constantly being updated according to each coin's rate.

To check them you need to follow all the steps mentioned in point 1, and then click “Next”.

After that, you will be able to check how much you will have to pay in fees and confirm the transaction.
