1. How to make a withdrawal?

The first step to a withdrawal is to make sure your e-mail is confirmed.

Once you have done that, you can go to your cashier and choose withdrawal.
From here:

  • Chose the coin you wish to withdraw from the dropdown menu;

  • Choose the network, if applicable. (In case you are not sure about it, please contact your personal wallet's Customer Support team).

  • Insert your wallet’s address, and other needed details (Such as memo id, and destinations tag, for example);

  • Choose the amount to withdraw, taking into account that the minimum is approximately $10. The "Amount" field will automatically show you the minimum value.

After that, you will be able to check how much you will have to pay in fees and confirm the transaction.

3 . Withdrawals status

We offer instant withdrawals.
