Step by step
1. Click "Register" on the homepage.
If you are registering through a friend’s referral link, double-check that you are using the correct one before continuing. It can’t be changed after your registration is complete.
2. Fill in your email and password.
3. Add a promo code if you have one.
4. Check the second box if you want to receive news about our promotions, confirm that you are over 18 years old, and click "Register".
5. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and either click on the link or copy and paste the registration code and click "Confirm".
7. Pick a username for the chat and click "Confirm".
Register with your Google account
1. Repeat step 1 from above.
2. Click on "Or continue with.. Google"
3. Pick a Username and a Password, enter a promo code if you have one, and check the box that confirms you are over 18 years old.
4. Click "Confirm".

Potential issues & How to solve them
➡️ If your confirmation email didn't arrive:
Check that you entered the correct email address and wait for a few minutes. Sometimes there can be delays.
Check your spam/junk inbox.
Check other folders in your email inbox, such as:
Promotions
Filtered or categorised folders - Emails from Bitsler may, depending on your email provider, be routed to these folders.
If you still haven't got the email, sometimes restarting the registration process helps. Simply go back to step 1.
➡️ Your confirmation email arrived, but the registration code is invalid/the confirmation link does not work:
You can try the following:
Clear your cache & cookies.
Restart the registration process from the beginning so you can get a new email (go back to step 1).
Try our mirror site, www.bitsler.gg.
Note: You can also skip the email confirmation step if you sign up with your Google account (see here).
