Most of the issues related to email confirmation fall under 3 categories:
Confirmation email not received.
The link in the confirmation email does not work/has expired.
Issues withdrawing from the Vault.
Read below on how you can fix them.

If you just created your account but did not receive a confirmation email, check the second part of this article: Bitsler | How to create an Account
Confirmation email not received
If it's been less than 5 minutes, please allow some more time for it to arrive.
1. If you haven't gotten your confirmation email after waiting, please check:
Your Spam/Junk folders.
If you have blocked our email address (support@bitsler.com).
2. At last, if you cannot find the requested confirmation email, make a new request after you:
Log out and clear your cache & cookies; or
Log in to our mirror site, www.bitsler.gg.
The link in the confirmation email has expired/does not work
The main cause for this is making too many confirmation email requests in a row - please avoid that.
If you have waited long enough between requests and your link still does not work, please refer to point 2, mentioned above.
Issues withdrawing from the Vault
If your goal is to withdraw from the Vault, and you have already tried our suggestions mentioned previously, you can bypass the need for email confirmation if you add 2FA to your account.
