There might be a time when you feel you should give gambling a break, sometimes temporarily, sometimes for good.

Here, you can learn everything you need to know about self-excluding.

These are the subjects we will cover in this article:

  • Important Information

  • Self-Exclusion options

    • Account's temporary suspension

    • Account's permanent closure

  • Gambling Issues

1. Important Information

Keep in mind that while you are self-excluded from your account, you won't be able to login, therefore, you will not be able to gamble, or access any of the site's features.

You will also not be able to access any of the remaining balances. So we recommend withdrawing your funds before proceeding.

This means that you should not make any deposits into your account either.

Once you self-exclude, it will not be possible to undo your decision.

2. Self-exclusion options

2.1. Suspend your account

You can block your account for 6 months, 1 Year, or 2 Years.

Simply go to the Self-Exclusion page, choose the period you would like to suspend your account for and click on "Suspend your account":

Once you do this, log in to the email registered on your account and confirm this action:

Once you confirm it, you will not be able to unblock your account before the end of the selected period.

2.2. Close your account

If you wish to close your account permanently, you can do it on our Self-Exclusion page as well, by selecting the "Close your account" option:

Confirm this action in your email and your account will be closed immediately:

Once you self-exclude permanently, it will not be possible to reactivate your account anymore.
