All about Self-Exclusion

There might be a time when you feel you should give gambling a break, sometimes temporarily, sometimes for good.

Important Information

Keep in mind that while you are self-excluded from your account, you won't be able to log in; therefore, you will not be able to gamble or access any of the site's features.

You will also not be able to access any of the remaining balances. So we recommend withdrawing your funds before proceeding.

This means that you should not make any deposits into your account either.

Once you self-exclude, it will not be possible to undo your decision.



​Self-exclusion options

2.1. Account's temporary suspension

You can block your account for 24 hours or up to 60 days.

To start the process, go to the Self-Exclusion page and click on the "Request Self-Exclusion" button.

You will receive a confirmation email, and you have 15 minutes to confirm your request.

After you confirm your request, your account will be fully restricted for 24 hours. At this point, you can still log in, but you won't have access to any products or features.

Once those 24 hours have passed, you will receive another email allowing you to choose the duration of your self-exclusion. Once you've chosen, you won't be able to log in while the self-exclusion lasts.

2.2. Account's permanent closure

If you wish to close your account permanently, please message our live chat support team while logged in to your account.

You can also send an email with your request to support@bitsler.com. Make sure to send it from the same email that is registered to your Bitsler account.

Once you self-exclude permanently, it will not be possible to reactivate your account anymore.
