Most of the deposits on Bitsler are instant or take just a few minutes to be credited.

In this article, we will give you some guidelines about how to proceed when your deposit hasn't been credited.

We will talk about the following:

  • How to check if your deposit was credited on Bitsler?

  • How to verify if the deposit was confirmed in the Blockchain?

  • What to do if you can't find your TXID or your deposit on the blockchain?

1. How to check if your deposit was credited on Bitsler?

  • Check your notifications (ring bell symbol on the top right corner). When your deposit is paid, you will be notified here;

  • Check your Transaction History - Deposits. You will see a list of all your deposits.

    Take a look and see if you can find the one you just made and what its status is.

If you can't find your deposit there, it’s time to check if it was already approved on the Blockchain.

2. How to verify if the deposit was confirmed in the Blockchain?

For that, you will need a transaction ID (TXID) or hash, which is usually a large code with numbers and letters.

It should be easy to find it on the transaction details of your personal wallet, or the confirmation e-mail (if you got one).

It could also be in the form of a link, that will open the transaction directly on the Blockchain.

  • The deposit is confirmed

Usually, you can clearly see this information in the center of the page.

If it’s already confirmed but not credited, get in touch with us on the live chat, or e-mail us at support@bitsler.com. Make sure to have the TXID at hand.

  • The deposit is not fully confirmed yet

If the transaction still does not have all the confirmations needed, then you must wait a little while longer.

We can only credit deposits that are already confirmed.

How long you need to wait varies according to the number of unconfirmed transactions on the Blockchain, and also according to your transaction fees.

Usually, the higher the fee, the quicker your transaction is approved.

3. What to do if you can't find your TXID or your deposit on the blockchain?

If:

  • You have a TXID but can't find the transaction on the blockchain;

  • Or if you simply don't have a TXID

Please get in touch with your wallet’s Customer Support so that they can help you gather more information.
