The account verification has been made simple for our player’s convenience: it's now handled by a third-party AI Software called Veriff.
It can be divided into 2 separated phases:

Proof of Address
Account Verification
Ideally, you should use a smartphone. However, if it isn't possible, you can also use another device as long as it allows pictures and videos.
Step 1: Access the Account Verification page and click on “Start Verification”.
A pop-up will open up with a QR code that you can scan. You will also be allowed to start the process using a link sent to you via SMS.
Step 2: Make sure to have a valid identification document in hand. It must be in good condition, with visible details, and not expired.
Step 3: Scan the QR code.
The verification process will begin.
As the app starts to record the video, you must point your camera to the front of your ID document first, take a picture, and then repeat it on the back of your ID.
Next, you'll have to take a picture of your face, in selfie mode.
After that, please wait until your details are processed. This may happen right away, or you may have to wait sometime.
Either way, you will receive a notification on the ring bell, in the top right corner of the website:
You can also check your status by simply going to the verification page.
Proof of Address
On some occasions, we may require you to complete the second step of verification, which is to upload your Proof of address.
Step 1: Go to this link https://www.bitsler.com/en/settings/poa, and click "Start Verification".
Step 2: Upload a saved photo or photograph of your document.
You will see a list of accepted documents:
Internet, electricity or phone bills,
Bank extract
Important notes about the document you choose:
All four corners of the document must be visible
Your Name and Address must be visible
The document itself cannot be older than 3 months
Again, once your document is reviewed, you will receive a notification informing you if it has been approved or rejected on the top right corner of the site, on your notifications ring bell.
