2. What Timezone is considered for Bitlser's promotions?

You must know that our website runs in the GMT/UTC timezone, and so do our promotions.

If you have a promotion that mentions something like “Anyone wagering $x between 00:01 and 23:59 UTC will be granted x Free Spins on the following day” on its Terms & Conditions, make sure to remember that it’s referring to Bitsler’s server time.

Whenever there is a date/period mentioned, it always refers to the GMT/UTC timezone (promotions, expiration dates, etc.).


3. What is the difference between Wager and XP?

Some promotions ask you to achieve a certain amount of wager of bets during a limited time, while others can request that you gather XP (Experience Points).

It's important to know the distinction because it can be the difference between fulfilling the requirements for a campaign or not:

  • Wager - the amount of coins used during a certain period.

4. Free Spins

4.1. What are Free Spins?

Free spins are a type of reward that you can get when participating in some of our offers.

Simply put, you get a certain number of free "rounds" on a particular slot machine.


4.2. How can I claim my free spins?

To claim Free Spins work you must:

  • Got to the game where they were rewarded (you will receive a notification);

  • Select USDT (Tether) as your main currency in the game;

  • Place your fiat currency in USD (dollars).

4.3. Do Free Spins expire?

5.3. Why can't I claim the coupon?

Usually, a message will pop up with the reason. It can either be:

  • You did not meet the requirements

    • Eligibility can vary between how much you wagered and how much XP you have gained in a particular period (always in UTC/GMT). These and other requirements will be clearly stated on the conditions of the offer

  • There is a limited number of claims per coupon, and you are too late. When a coupon is released you'll need to be quick so you don't lose your chance!

  • It has expired. All of our offers have an expiration date, so keep an eye out for that too.


6. What promotions can I expect?

No promotion is the same as the one before, and you must acknowledge this.
